Cameroon's Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reforms delegates salary advancements, integration and retirement benefits to the Regional Delegates. This reform was done by the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reforms H.E. Joseph LÉ on February 12, 2021, with instructions from the President of the Republic of Cameroon.
MINFORPRA Delegates Signature of Salary Advancements and Others to Regional Delegates
This reform comes after an outcry for years from civil servants and pensioners who in the past had to travel from one part of the country to Cameroon's capital Yaounde to get their salary advancements, retirement benefits or integrations.
In a video (shown below), the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reforms, in a video (shown below), explains what has been done so far. All documents relating to reclassification, salary advancements, retirement benefits, integration etc., have been sent to the respective Delegations.
