This article lists the Moderators and Synod Clerks past and present of the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon (PCC) since November 13, 1957.
The Presbyterian Church in Cameroon (PCC) is the largest English-speaking Church in Cameroon. Its headquarters is in Buea, South West Region. They are the constitutional and historical successor of the Basel Mission founded in 1886 by the Germans in Kamerun.
The PCC also contributes to providing health and education services all over Cameroon. They have over 27 presbyteries, hospitals, primary schools, secondary schools, a University (the Cameroon Christian University CCU) and over 2 million members.

In addition, the PCC has as its mission to proclaim the Good News of God through Jesus Christ, in word and action. The proclamation of this Good News includes; the preaching of the word, teaching, healing and liberating the people of God from sin (Luke 4: 18-19).
