Step 1:
Fill your tank at a chosen filling station and a particular pump
Step 2:
Reset your trip meter to zero and drive for a good distance (100 to 150 km). It is best if you go on a long-distance trip.
When driving, maintain a constant driving habit and keep your air conditioner at a constant level throughout the trip. Also, check the air pressure in the tires are at the recommended level.

Step 3:
Return to the same filling station and same pump and top-up your tank again. The quantity of fuel your tank takes in on the second filling is the total quantity of fuel that was consumed throughout the trip.
