data-amp-style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Supervise, animate and coordinate the activities of a team of technicians<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and accept the work of service providers<\/li>\n<li>Establish and monitor the execution of all preventive and curative maintenance schedules<\/li>\n<li>Monitor technical incidents in buildings and report them to the hierarchy<\/li>\n<li>Follow the development and control of new work in the city and outside the city<\/li>\n<li>Implement technical feasibility studies for the renovation and\/or maintenance of infrastructure in the city and outside the city<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the design and implementation of a project<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with standards or measures in the use of equipment delivered to the site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3
