What is Eneo Prepaid Meter?
Eneo Cameroon Prepaid electricity meters are electrical devices to grant Cameroonians autonomy and control over their electricity consumption.
Its objective is to improve Eneo Cameroon’s relationship with its customers. The prepaid electricity meters were introduced as part of a process to modernize and improve electrical service in Cameroon.
How to Recharge Eneo Prepaid Meter with Mtn (MoMo) Mobile Money
- Dial *126#
- Select 2 ( Pay Bills or Services) and Reply
- Select 1(ENEO) and Reply
- Select 4 ( Prepaid ENEO payment) and Reply
- Enter your Eneo Meter Number (found on your customer card as seen in the picture below), and after inputting the amount and your code, confirm the purchase.
- You will receive a message from Mtn MoMo confirming your purchase of electricity. This message contains your meter number, the amount paid, Kwh, and the Token number. Take special note of the TOKEN Number and write it down.
- Now take your Prepaid meter and input the Token Number. After inputting the number, press enter (the only red button on the meter). You have successfully bought electricity for your home.
NB: Take special note of your Eneo meter number and the token number received after you have bought your Eneo Prepaid electricity via Mtn MoMo. These numbers will be used anytime you buy Eneo prepaid electricity via Mtn MoMo.
