  1. 1 tablespoon of ground cloves, also known in Cameroon as matches spice or nail spice.
  2. 3 cups of water 
  3. 2 stalks of parsley

 Procedure

  • Boil the water 
  • Add the dry ingredients
  • Keep it to boil for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let it cool.

Method of Usage 

Pour the contents into a clean bottle and use it as a mouth wash. After washing your mouth, rinse with water for 10 minutes and spit out. And enjoy the fresh breath.
